Hi there!! This is just a quick post to wish you all a happy Friday, and a restful weekend. Hopefully, I'll be able to get some sewing done as the due date for the Fab Little Quilt Swap is coming closer.
This time I'm planning a tiny sampler quilt, so I've been working in changing measurements of some other blocks into 4" by 4" tiny blocks. I also wanted to show you my new sewing corner. It's just a corner of our living room. I like it here, I get to share the space with my husband (his desk is next to my sewing table) and with the girls as they bring some toys to this ample space. Hola!! Un post rapidito para desearles un feliz viernes y un fin de semana tranquilito y descansado. En mis planes de finde espero poder avanzar un poco con este mini quilt del "Fab Little Quilt Swap" ya que se acerca la fecha límite para los envios de este intercambio.
Esta vez estoy haciendo un mini muestrario de bloquecitos de quilting, así que he estado calculando las medidas para convertir los bloques en bloquecitos de 4" por 4". También les quería mostrar mi nuevo rincón de costura, es una esquinita de la sala. Me gusta mucho ya que comparto el espacio con mi esposo (su escritorio esta junto a mi mesa de costura) y con las chicas que traen sus juguetitos a este amplio espacio. It's certainly tiny Dee. I still have to make more tiny blocks to 'audition' them. Then ones that won't make it into the sampler will be turned into lavender sachets.
